In-Site Planning is an event and party
planning company that uses both practical and
intuitive skills to develop events from milestone birthdays to
business sales meetings.
 As a
party production company, we co-ordinate and customize events for
individuals and the corporate sector so that the finished production
clearly reflects a novel idea or
theme.
Our location, Holmdel, New Jersey, serves
both Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We work with talented individuals who
are not only specialized in their
fields -- catering, photography, videography, graphic design,
entertainment, floral, or balloon décor, but also artistically inspired.
We’ll plan a party either on-site (a restaurant or catering hall) or
off-site (a private home, estate or any distinctive venue).

These are words we take very seriously at In-Site Planning. That’s why we
also offer our fellow eco-friends the opportunity to plan a green wedding
or event with specialty caterers who use organic produce. These caterers
are available not only to environmentally conscious individuals,
vegetarians, or vegans but also to any individuals requiring special
dietary needs such as gluten-free or sugar-free meals. To complete your
meal, gluten-free and dairy-free desserts and cakes are also available.
In-site Planning’s services don’t end there -- your entire event will
reflect an earth friendly sensibility highlighted with invitations using
recyclable paper and environmentally sound printing processes,
centerpieces with organic flowers, or plants in recyclable glass or metal
containers or derived from vintage items, and favors made from reusable

In-Site Planning has successfully celebrated our second anniversary in
